Adding the functions should not be a problem. The "for" and "while" loops will take some work but need to be done.

I saw this syntax in your example. We will need to add support for the element wise notation.

Only sub-functions in the same m-script file can be called at this time. I'll have to do some research into calling in-house functions to see if handling those would be feasible.

Chris,

Have you found out anything more about calling functions from within eML?

I'm noticing that most if not all of our models utilize this to some degree. As an example

This is an eML block

function states_out = call_init( inputs_in, parameters_in )

states_out = PREDGUID_init( inputs_in, parameters_in );

where PREDGUID_init is another much larger m-file.

Thanks

I was doing some more brainstorming on this and technically I don't see a problem with implementing this enhancement.

Chris,

Would you have an estimate on when these additioal capabilities might be avaliable?

Thanks
